Design Story
Chateau Briand earns its scale by keeping every part of the home purposeful. The symmetrical front elevation and composed entry sequence give the residence a formal arrival that sets expectations from the driveway. Inside, four levels unfold with the logic of a home that has been lived in and thought through: entertainment on the main, private suites above, retreat at the top, and service space below.
Living Experience
The programme includes a formal office, games room, tea room, elevator, two reading lofts, nanny suite, and three laundry rooms. Each floor is designed for a specific layer of household life. Guests arrive and entertain on the main level. Private suites give each occupant genuine quiet. The upper retreat pulls away from the rest of the home entirely.
Dinner for twenty in the formal dining room, a quiet morning in a reading loft, children in the games room while adults settle in the tea room. Chateau Briand keeps a large household organized without making anyone feel like they are sharing too much space.
Symmetrical massing, layered rooflines, and a composed entry sequence give the front elevation its formal estate weight. The rear opens through broad glazing toward the landscape, balancing the formality of the arrival side with a quieter, more private outdoor connection.

The front view shows the symmetrical estate elevation and arrival sequence. The rear view shows the glazing depth, roofline layering, and how the home opens toward the landscape and outdoor living.
