Living Experience
Morning light through gable glass, dinner in an open kitchen that connects to the living room, and a flex wing that adjusts to wherever life is right now. The plan is generous without being sprawling.
Modern Signature Model
A modern STEEL home with dramatic gable glazing, a showpiece great room, and a private flex wing that gives the plan room to grow with the household.

Design Story
Scandinavian Modern is built around the moment you step inside and the ceiling opens up. The gable composition floods the great room with light from both sides, while the clean exterior massing keeps the home sharp and composed from the street. A private flex wing extends the plan quietly to one side, giving the household room to spread out without the main living areas feeling crowded.
Living Experience
The plan keeps shared life open and private life protected. The great room, kitchen, and gathering areas flow together while the flex wing sits apart, ready to serve as an office, guest suite, or secondary living zone depending on how the household uses it. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms anchor the private side, with two powder rooms placed where they are needed most.

Bold gable forms, floor to ceiling glazing, and a disciplined material palette give Scandinavian Modern a presence that reads from the street and holds up at every angle.
Shape the flex wing around your priorities, tune the glazing for your site orientation, and refine outdoor connections to match the way you want the home to open up. The architecture moves with those decisions.
Exterior Character
The front view shows the gable composition and arrival presence. The rear view shows where the home opens to outdoor living and how the glazing reads from the landscape side.
Floor Plans / Layout Concept
The floor plan shows how the great room, flex wing, private bedrooms, and service areas work together across 5,176 square feet. Use it to understand the spatial logic before the conversation moves into site conditions, selections, and scope.
