Living Experience
Breakfast on the terrace, afternoons with the doors open, evenings with the living room spilling outside. California Dreaming is designed for people who spend more time living than managing their house.
Custom Design Signature Model
A 1,517 square foot modern STEEL home with clean horizontal lines, bright indoor living, and a covered terrace that pulls the living space outside.

Design Story
California Dreaming is built around the idea that a compact home should feel expansive rather than constrained. The horizontal exterior keeps the profile low and relaxed while the interior opens toward the covered terrace, pulling the living space outside without adding a single square foot to the enclosed plan. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms sit in a layout that wastes nothing.
Living Experience
The covered terrace runs the full width of the rear elevation and becomes the primary living space in warm weather. The interior rooms open directly onto it, with the line between inside and out dissolving in the way a warm weather home should. This is what 1,517 square feet feels like when the plan is honest about how people actually live.

Breakfast on the terrace, afternoons with the doors open, evenings with the living room spilling outside. California Dreaming is designed for people who spend more time living than managing their house.
Horizontal lines, a low profile, and a clean glazing rhythm give the exterior a relaxed modern character. The covered terrace reads as part of the home rather than an addition to it.
Orient the terrace toward your strongest outdoor space, tune the glazing rhythm for privacy and light, and choose finishes that suit the climate. The compact footprint keeps the project focused and the decisions clear.
Exterior Character
The front view shows the horizontal profile, clean lines, and glazing rhythm. The rear view shows where the covered terrace connects to the interior and how the home opens toward outdoor living.
Floor Plans / Layout Concept
The floor plan shows how 1,517 square feet are organized across two levels with the covered terrace as an extension of the main living area. Use it to understand the indoor outdoor relationship before moving into site orientation, selections, and scope.
